SUMMARY:2027 MK Synergy
DESCRIPTION:In 2027\, MKCS and MKEdS will once again be joining for MK Synergy (even though it was just done in 2024\, 2025\, and 2026). It’s a joint conference between MK Caregivers Summit (MKCS) and MK Educators Summit (MKES). This combined conference allows for cross pollination between the two conferences. Read more at mksynergy.org. \nThere will be both education and caregiving tracks available for workshops. \nThe goal of the event is to foster networking\, encourage each other\, share resources\, process the latest research\, and brainstorm strategies together. \n2027 MK Synergy Information\nWednesday\, April 7th (5pm) through Saturday\, April 10th (noon)\nat Pioneers in Orlando\, FL \nPre-Conference Event (optional)\nTuesday\, April 6th (5pm) to Wednesday\, April 7th (noon)\nPre-Conference is recommended for those with limited experience working in the field of MK Care /Education or are new to the conferences.
